The Coeliac Society of Ireland is a great place to start if you have recently been diagnosed. They have a forum on anything from people having a rant about their symptoms, recipes, general talk and support, travel info, eating out and any food queries. You can also order their cookbook and travel cards, so if you are abroad, the staff in restaurants will know what you are talking about!
Some of the recipes are really good on it, as they are tried and tested by members.
The forum also shows that you aren’t alone in the coeliac community. It’s a place where you can ask questions and discover some useful tips.
