This gluten free instant stock from Marigold Swiss is a vegetable stock perfect for soups, stews, casseroles and sauces. As well as being yeast free, it can be used as seasonsing also.
Just chop of your veg of choice, sautee your onions, add your veg, add a litre of stock, cook for 10mins, till veg are soft (not overcooked!), and add a spoon of creme fraiche. Let it cool down…then blend! Simple soup in about 20 mins! It’ll keep you warm in this weather too and gives you a few serving of your 5 a day.
