Being wheat-free often means that dessert is not an option. The Swedish company Almondy have come up with a solution. Almondy produce delicious desserts. These are definitely worth trying. The Snickers cake is absolutely divine. A combination of irresistible almond base and butter nougat cream with caramel and roasted peanuts, smothered with milk chocolate.
Based on an old secret recipe which dates back to the 1890s in Sweden, Almondy tarts are baked with carefully selected ingredients with no artificial colourings or preservatives. They are cooked without flour, which means they are gluten-free. The desserts may be frozen, but take just a few minutes to defrost. They are found in your local supermarket in the freezer section.
