Lizi Shaw from the GoodCarb Food Company put together an amazing recipe for granola, call Lizi’s Granola which is available in all good health stores. I got mine at Nourish. The best thing about this granola is that it is a wheat-free option. It isn’t often that you come across a delicious granola without wheat. This is seriously divine. It can be used as a cereal in the morning, or with yoghurt as a snack. It uses low glycaemic ingredients – the good carbs – to give a great taste full of nature’s superfoods to sustain you without upsetting your blood sugar levels. It is loaded with jumbo rolled oats, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, roasted hazelnuts, dessicated coconut and rapeseed oil. The taste is nutty, yet healthy and filling. You feel good after eating it! Put it on the shopping list!!
