I always feel left out when I see a selection of delicious cakes in shops and delis. I wonder why there aren’t more alternatives if you’re living wheat free. You know…we need cake too!! A friend bought me this delicious delight and I’ll be back for more. It’s a Gluten Free Black Cherry & Chocolate Cake from Marks & Spencer. Made with gluten free flour, the chocolate sponge is filled with buttercream and tangy black cherry jam. On top then there is a milk chocolate ganache. It’s full of calories (not as much as a cake made with wheatflour though!), but utterly divine. Enjoy!!
