Rude Health Show & Nibbles

I went along to the Rude Health Show in the RDS the weekend before last and was delighted at the variety on offer. There was plenty for those living wheat free. I came across a stand called Nibbles Food Emporium, a company from Cork who are testing the waters. Well, I have to say their food is fantastic. I bought 2 loaves of gluten free bread and some brown rice scones. They were delicious and tasted pretty much like the real thing. The scones were delightful, light, but with plenty of texture and flavour. Here’s to Nibbles and hope they expand their venture as I’ll be first at the door!
