Oatcakes with a kick

| 0

Oatcakes are so versatile, and a great wheat-free option for lunches in particular. Instead of just plain oatcakes, I tried the Paterson’s Cracked Black Pepper ones, which have a good kick to them. No need to add toppings (of course you can!), nice with just a lick of butter or cream cheese. Not only are these oatcakes palm oil free, they are made with olive oil and contain no hydrogenated fats. They have less than 3g of fat with only 53 calories per oatcake. They are made with 100% wheat-free recipe. And of course, oats release energy slowly, so they keep you sustained throughout the day.
