Coppinger Row Market – the best sundried tomato pesto!

The outdoor food market on Coppinger Row (beside Powerscourt Townhouse centre, Dublin 2) takes place every Thursday from 11am-7pm. The market hosts small aritisan food-producers selling their own high quality produce. Customers can talk to the stallholders about the goods, and they are all very knowledgeable about their products. This market brings a taste of the continent to the city streets. Some of the produce available are Mediterranean food, cheese, crepes, Palestinian food and crafts, organic fruit & veg and much more. My star find is their sundried tomato pesto, it is the best I have ever tried! They use smoked garlic, so gives it a deliciously smoked flavour. It’s brought me back to the market on many a Thursday lunchtime!
