These crackers are a good alternative to oat cakes and rice cakes. Actually they remind me a little of Jacob’s cream crackers, which I don’t have the pleasure of eating, but as a child I loved them! These crackers are a little sweet, so a topping of cream cheese an cucumber, or simply cheddar cheese is delicious. The crackers are free from gluten, wheat and milk. They contain soya flour, that’s what gives them their cracker-like texture. My only qualm was that once the packet is opened, they go stale very quickly.
