It’s hard to make gluten free muesli taste nice, but Southern Alps claimed to have cracked it. Unfortunately I don’t agree! The rice has been toasted in honey to impove the taste and texture, then slow apples and seeds are added. I really didn’t like it. The toasted rice had potential, but the texture and taste were as if it tasted stale. Sorry! It’s a pity, becuase Southern Alps products sounds appealing with all their dried fruit, free of additives and preservatives, no added sugar. Maybe if nuts and oats were included, it would taste better. A disappointing brekkie!
