I recently tried a new pasta for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Sam Mills Pasta D’oro gluten-free corn pasta. Made with 100% corn flour and water – that’s it! This was easy to cook, just 8-10 mins in boiling water with a pinch of salt. It was very tasty. What I liked the best was the fact that it was light in texture, that’s probably because this pasta is also egg free and yeast free and that can sometimes add to the heaviness. Serve with sauce of your own choice. I bought this in Dunnes Stores, but haven’t seen it anywhere else so not quite sure if it is available elsewhere. Worth a try as an alternative!
