Pure fruit spread – nice and natural

Spreads and sauces can be difficult to find gluten free, so I’m always on the lookout. I like to try and avoid products with added sugar too, so health stores are my best friends. I recently tried Sunwheel Pear & Prune Pure Fruit Spread 300g. It is a 100% natural fruit spread and it is really delicious. Try it on wheat-free bread toasted, very nice. It suggests that it can also be used as a sauce for icecream, but I’m not sure! Ingredients are pear juice, prune juice, and apple concentrate, just 3 ingredients, plain and simple. Does what it says on the tin. Available in most health stores.
