Alpro Soya dark chocolate flavoured dessert is really quite delicious! It reminds me a little of chocolate mousse and how nice to have a dessert that is gluten free. Made with a blend of water and soya beans with added calcium and vitamins. It’s nice to know that it’s dairy free and the soya beans make you feel somewhat healthy. No artifical sweeteners, colours or preservatives. Surprisingly low in calories, 92kcal per 100ml. Other flavours available are vanilla, soft caramel and milk chocolate, but I haven’t tried them yet. Available in most large supermarkets, on the shelves. I would prefer them to be in chilled section, as it seems fresher. The long-shelf life is a little off-putting. However, saying that, I would buy them again, they are very tasty!
