Often bogged down with what to cook despite having several cookbooks? Fear not, I have a very simple recipe, which is packed with taste and will save you preparation time too! Just Bouillon chicken stock cubes
are gluten free and packed with loads of taste. They include flavoursome spices – tumeric, and pepper to name a few and have a distinctive chicken taste. They can be used to enhance dishes, such as chicken curry, leek and chicken pies, there’s loads of great recipes on the Just Bouillon website in the gluten-free section. However, the simple things are often overlooked. Try poaching the chicken in a ramekin with some chicken stock, 500mls is more than enough for 2 chicken breasts. I put each chicken breast into a ramekin and baked it in the oven for 20 minutes. The flavour was great. Hassle-free cooking, as the prep time was 2 minutes, and put it in the oven for 20 mins. Cook with some wheat-free pasta, potatoes and veg on the side, and it makes a simple and delicious dinner!
