Sick of eating the same food each lunch time? Every day should include variety and sometimes it’s hard to do that. But it’s important when you are living wheat free to get enough fibre in your diet. There are a variety of grains that are worth trying to get this variety. I tried organic wholegrain millet bread from Biona which is gluten free and yeast free. It reminds be of traditional German bread. It is made with millet, buckwheat, linseeds, cornflour and water. It is a little heavy, 2 slices is more than enough. I liked it, but it wouldn’t be my favourite. It tasted healthy too and felt like I was getting plenty of fibre and natural goodness. Worth a try.
