Need a variety at lunchtime too? These brown ciabatta rolls from Dietary Specials are really tasty. Small brown rolls that are wholegrain, full of seeds, light and crispy and perfect for lunchtime! There are 4 in a pack and if you’ve salad on the side, one is enough, if not, you may need 2 to fill you up! It says on the pack to heat them up in the oven or eat them directly from the pack, but I sliced it in half and popped it into the toaster and it was really crispy and quicker than waiting for the oven to heat up! Ingredients include maize starch, rice flour, buckwheat flour, sunflower seeds and linseeds. 137kcal per roll. Fill with the topping of your choice and enjoy!
