Brown is best

As we all know brown and wholegrain is always the better choice. That’s easier said than done though as it’s always the standard white for gluten-free products and there’s sometimes a brown alternative, but not always. Brown gluten-free pasta is especially difficult to find. However, I did find Doves Farm‘s organic gluten-free brown rice pasta.
It cooks in 5-7 minutes and it’s really delicious. It tastes healthy, has a good texture too. It’s nice to know that you are eating brown rice also as it’s much better for you. I can see why this pasta has won awards. It’s the perfect penne pasta for those avoiding wheat and gluten. Add the sauce of your choice (home-made of course!) and you’ve a quick and easy dinner in minutes. Enjoy!
